    We are located out of Isanti, Minnesota. We service the general surrounding area both residential and commercial properties.     You can request a service by filling out our online form, calling us directly, or emailing us. We’ll get back to you promptly to discuss your needs. The quickest and most efficient way to send us a service request is through our online service request form.
  • Do you offer free estimates?
    Yes, we provide free estimates for all our services. After assessing your property (if necessary), we’ll give you a detailed quote with no obligation. Note: Not all requests will require a site assessment. Please submit a service request with as much information possible for the most streamlined quoting process.
  • What types of payment do you accept?
    We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay, and Apple Pay for online invoice payments. Please note that all credit card payments are subject to a 2.9% processing fee. We do accept checks for no fee. All services will be invoiced upon completion. You can view your invoices in the customer/client portal.
  • Are you insured and licensed?
    Yes, we are fully licensed and insured, ensuring peace of mind for our clients. We are also registered with the DNR as a lake service provider (LSP). We take the course every three years. This is to help not spread AIS aquatic invasive species. We also take a construction installer course through the UofM teaching us correct erosion and sediment control recommended by the MN DOT.

    We offer both. Whether you need a one-time service or a seasonal contract, we’ll work with you to find the best option for your needs.

    Safety is our priority. If weather conditions make it unsafe to perform the service, we will reschedule at the earliest convenient time.

    We stand by the quality of our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy with the results, please let us know, and we’ll make it right.

    While we don't have a dedicated design team, we can assist with landscape renovations by sharing photos of our previous projects to help you gather ideas and inspiration. We work closely with you to bring your vision to life, creating a beautiful and functional outdoor space based on your preferences.

    We typically respond when snow accumulation reaches a specific threshold, usually around 2 inches, or based on your individual preferences and service agreement.
  • When is the best time to install or remove my dock and lift?
    Installation is typically done in the spring after the ice has melted, and removal is recommended before the first freeze in the fall. We can help schedule these services at the optimal times.

    Our dock and lift transportation service includes safely moving your equipment to or from your property, whether it's for seasonal storage or relocation to a new site.
  • How do I prepare my dock and lift for removal?
    Before removal, ensure that the dock and lift are clear of any personal items, and that the surrounding area is accessible for our equipment. We handle the rest.
  • Can you install or remove docks in deep water or difficult conditions?
    Yes, we have the experience and equipment to handle installations and removals in challenging conditions, including water up to 6ft out, and rocky or uneven shorelines.
